Re:Birth form was only a rumor and yes PuToTyra is OOOs ultimate form.

PuToTyra's disappointing as a final form. It's just another combo. ALl other ultimate forms before OOO have required an add-on. :redface2:

PuToTyra is final form of OOO, Birth-Day is kinda final upgrade for Birth as well.

I don't think they could have done anything different then making it another combo given the story.
Eiji getting a new form by combining all the medals wouldn't make any sense since when the King tried to do that he turned into stone.
The only other way to get a upgrade for OOO was Kougami but since he doesn't have Maki any more I don't see him building anything useful for OOO.

If OOO does gets an upgrade, it will appear at the last few eps and will be like the Gaia Memory Upgrader. Bandai didn't release a toy for that, and I don't think they released a figure for Accel Booster. But still this is highly unlikely because no rumours about other final forms has been mentioned except TaToBa Ringu but that's confirmed as fake already.
