They didn't show the actual console...........but other Gaming Blogs and Websites have already got the official images of the Wii U Console WITH the Controller that they showed us at E3

The console is right there underneath the TV screen........and yes, that TV is in HD

That controller does not look comfortable to play on for any prolonged periods of time.

That HD Zelda glimpse was the highlight of the Nintendo conference for me.

I'm confused. A lot of people are hinting that its just a Wii that's redesigned and the only special thing is the Controller.

I still think they did a lot better than MS and Sony though...

I disagree.

I'd say Sony had the best, then Microsoft and Nintendo are somewhat tied for second place.

The Vita alone makes Sony's conference better than the other two.

That said, none of them were particularly great.

I'm confused. A lot of people are hinting that its just a Wii that's redesigned and the only special thing is the Controller.

It is basically a re-designed Wii.........and the Controller is the " primary selling point."

The other selling point though is that it can now perform HD-quality games from 3rd party publishers that Nintendo hasn't been able to do in the past since the PS3 and Xbox 360 were released long ago.
