From what I could tell, it looks like Gokai Blue & Gokai Green will be regular releases, not exclusives. Here's hoping.

Man, they're rushing out the New World Straw Hats just in time for the holidays. Luffy, Zoro & Franky in September. Nami, Sanji, Usopp & Brook in October. Robin & Chopper in November.

I think the real reason is probably because Goukaiger is currently on air, so they'd sell better as regular releases.
