Today, Nintendo held a very special Fire Emblem Direct, one that focused on titles in the series that would be coming soon. In the case of one game, very soon. Like a few weeks soon. The game? Fire Emblem Heroes.
This is the long anticipated Fire Emblem Mobile game from Nintendo’s mobile initiative. The game is custom made to fix your phone screen, and all maps feature a 6×8 grid format. As for what the game is, let’s look at the travel first:
So, Fire Emblem heroes features an original story, set in a a new kingdom with new main characters. However, your character, is a summoner. But instead of summoning beasts or spells, you actually have the power to summon characters from previous Fire Emblem titles. As you see in the travel, previous games Fire Emblem: Awakening and Fire Emblem Fates are already confirmed to be coming. Also though, there will be characters from the original title/Shadow Dragon, Sacred Stones, Rekka No Ken, and more.
Adding to the fun, is that Nintendo is allowing fans the ability to vote on the characters who should be put into the game. I personally have already voted, and say that all Fire Emblem titles are available to be voted on. You get one vote per day for the next few weeks. Here’s the site to vote.
The best part? Fire Emblem Heroes arrives on Google Play and Android phones February 2nd.
