Eternal Code Coming To DVD, VOD, Select Theaters
In the new movie Eternal Code, from Painted Creek Productions and Vision Films, a genetics company is conducting illegal experiments in secret. They may have discovered a genetic treatment that will extend human lives indefinitely….by transferring the data from a dying brain into a new host brain (uh, brains aren’t like hard drives, but I guess we’ll just ignore that here).
But here’s the twist: when they present this plan to the company CEO, she recognizes it for the disaster-in-the-making that it is, and orders that it be shut down. With potential billions on the line, the geneticists can’t have that….so they hire a team of mercenaries to kidnap the CEO and her husband, and keep them out of the way until their plans are made reality. Only the couple’s teenage daughter may be able to save them, but it will require teaming up with someone she’s not a fan of.
Eternal Code stars Richard Tyson (Black Hawk Down), Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s Halloween 1 & 2), Billy Wirth (The Lost Boys), Yan Birch (Wes Craven’s The People Under the Stairs), Mel Novak (Bruce Lee’s Game of Death), Erika Hoveland (Injustice For All), Damien Chinappi (Betrayed), Kaiti Wallen (Moving Parts), Angelina Danielle Cama (Abstruse), Vida Ghaffari (The Mindy Project), Shane Hagedorn (Wild Faith), Harley Wallen (Bennett’s Song) and Calhoun Koenig (Law & Order SVU). It was written, directed and produced by Harley Wallen.
The movie will be available in multiple forms starting August 30, when a limited theatrical release will begin. Eternal Code will make its VOD debut days later on September 6, and its DVD premiere later in the fall.
