Empire’s Newest Issue Features Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
With SDCC in the books, and many already eagerly waiting for March to arrive so they can watch Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it’s not surprising that more and more outlets are doing stories about them. First came Entertainment Weekly, where they showcased the Trinity both on the cover and in high resolution stills from the movie. Now, it’s Empire who’s giving Batman v Superman the royal treatment. On the cover, which you can see here, you can see Batman and Superman in their own stances, with their cities behind them. But also, there’s going to be a split page spread of them as their alter egos. Not only that, but in the issue, director Zack Snyder and more goes deeper into the men behind the heroes, and gives a snipper about Batman in particular:
“There is just this gravitas to Batman,” director Zack Snyder said. “He is operatic.”
” In this movie, everyone has split into different directions as to how they eel about this alien,” Henry Cavill, who plays the character, explained. “Some people love him, some hate him. Other people fear him. Is he a tyrant?”
You can see and read more when the new issue of Empire Magazine comes out. You can check out Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in theaters on March 25, 2016
