EA’s Origin Adds Warhammer: Chaosbane, Vampyr And More
There are several competing PC video game storefronts out there, but Steam commands the lion’s share of attention, purely through the inertia of being the one most relied on. There’s also GMG, Humble, and the Epic Games Store, plus the e-markets built into your computer like the Microsoft Store and iOS. At the bottom of the list is Origin, the storefront from Electronic Arts, which consumers only use begrudgingly when one of EA’s own games forces them to.
But there are a number of good games on Origin. Not nearly as many (the PR they just handed us boasts of “200+ games”), but they’re there. Last month Origin gained Madden NFL 20, Sea of Solitude, A Plague Tale: Innocence and Moonlighter. This month they’re adding Warhammer: Chaosbane Magnus Edition, Vampyr, Overcooked, The Escapist, Yoku’s Island Express and more.
