Captain America: Civil War #TeamIronMan Posters Arrive
Yesterday, Marvel Studios and Disney revealed the #TeamCap-themed posters for the upcoming Captain America: Civil War. After a group of posters for Team Captain America, it was only a matter of time for a series of #TeamIronMan poster images hit the web. Marvel Entertainment has now dropped the #TeamIronMan poster photos online. You can check out those in the gallery below (click on the thumbnails to see the full-size images).
So Team Iron Man consists of Iron man, Black Widow, The Vision and Black Panther, who makes his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut here. The poster image shows off T’Challa without his mask, and War Machine and Iron Man without their helmets. The #TeamCap posters did have masked Captain America and Falcon (well, goggles at least). One noticeable issue is that in terms of numbers, Cap’s team slightly outnumbers Tony Stark’s team.
With all these new images getting released, it seems the next logical thing would be to see a new trailer for the film. Hopefully that will come next. Captain America: Civil War arrives in theaters on May 6. You can also check out the official synopsis below.
Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Get ready to pick a side.
