Battlefield 4 announced for PS4 and Xbox One
EA has recently announced that Battlefield 4 will be available for both the PS4 and Xbox One this holiday. Battlefield 4 boasts high quality with the power of the Frostbite 3 engine.
EA plans on giving customers who pre-order the game an expansion pack known as Battlefield 4 China Rising. The DLC will be offered at no extra cost and is available at launch. Players will explore China in an all new campaign, complete with extra goodies like new military equipment and vehicles. The Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe edition that will appear on Origin is getting the China Rising DLC, plus the bonus items, and Battlefield 4 multiplayer beta.
First released in 2002, the Battlefield franchise has delivered quality first person shooter action and multiplayer gameplay throughout the decade. The games are known for featuring very realistic mechanics such as bullet drop, and are lauded for their innovation with each new addition to the series. If history is any indication, players are in for quite a treat with the latest installment to the franchise.
Battlefield 4 is set to release October 29th for the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Battlefield 4 multiplayer will be revealed at E3 during EA’s press conference at 9:00 PM GMT, June 10. E3 attendees will have a chance to try out the multiplayer in #1601 at the south hall.
