Assassin's Creed Syndicate Leaked?
We all knew another Assassin’s Creed game was coming, but we weren’t sure about what it would be, or where exactly it would take place historically. Well, a bunch of anonymous sources are telling Kotaku that not only is the next title to be called Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, but also that there will be two main characters, a brother and a sister for the first time in the series history.
Syndicate will apparently take place in Victorian London. As for the plot in regards to the two main characters, the report so claims: “the story of Evie and Jacob, a sister and brother duo involved with the criminal underbelly of the 19th century city. The story missions will heavily favor Jacob in terms of playtime, though, with the brother taking the lead for about 75 percent of the story.”
Furthermore, the report states that though there won’t be multiplayer aspects in this title, you will be able to swap between Evie and Jacob when exploring the overworld.
If this is all true, Ubisoft has yet to comment, it shows how the company is going back to a more simplistic approach with the game, all the while improving certain aspects. If a confirmation doesn’t come soon, it wouldn’t be hard to venture that it will arrive at E3 in some fashion.
