Ashwalkers: A Survival Journey Announced For Steam
Hervé Bonin is the co-founder of DONTNOD Entertainment and responsible for all its hits (including Life In Strange, which he also co-created). Now he’s branched off to launch his own studio, Nameless XIII…and their first game has just been revealed. Introducing Ashwalkers: A Survival Journey, coming to PC in April.
Ashwalkers is a black and white survival sim in a post-apocalyptic world. You control four explorers who call themselves The Section, emerging from the underground home where their community has lived for 200 years. Your goal is to find a safe area above ground to restart society, but your immediate problem will be just staying alive. The events that caused this catastrophe may have been centuries ago, but the Earth is still feeling their effects. Ashwalkers also has a strong character-driven storyline and you’ll learn all about your four protagonists: “the brave captain of the group Petra, the pragmatic fighter Sinh, the young optimistic scholar Kali and the cautious scout Nadir.”
